Lt John Power Memorial Hall
From the Worcester Gazette (Feb 26, 2007)
Last week Worcester Diary noted that the local Marine Corps League would recognize Medal of Honor recipient John V. Power, who died in 1944 after storming a Japanese stronghold on Kwajalein Atoll to save his comrades, by dedicating a hall in its new Lake Quinsigamond facility to the World War II hero.
It is with great honor that our function hall bears the name of Lt. John V. Power, Medal of Honor, WWII
