Purpose of the Marine Corps League |
|
Members of the Marine Corps League join together in camaraderie and fellowship for the purpose of preserving the traditions and promoting the interests of the United States Marine Corps. This is accomplished by banding together those who are now serving in the United States Marine Corps and those who have been honorably discharged from that service; voluntarily aiding and rendering assistance to all Marines and former Marines and to their widows and orphans, and by perpetuating the history of the United States Marine Corps through fitting acts to observe the anniversaries of historical occasions of particular interest to Marines. |

We are dedicated to the Marines of the Worcester area. Rebuilding the quarters at 181 Lake Avenue is just part of our continuing effort to rebuild the brotherhood for all Marines that reside or visit the area. |

Worcester Detachment Elections October 20th at 1900 181 Lake Ave., Worcester, MA Be sure to have your current MCL ID card showing that you are a Marine member of the Worcester Detachment #144. The Sgt at Arms will be checking at the door. |

Nominations can be made prior to elections on the 20th. There are already Marines that have been nominated at the September meeting. Check you newsletter for a list of who is running for office. See you there! |
